Chef Cooperatives Presents "Bites for Business" to Benefit Launch SA

WHO: 

San Antonio’s Chef Cooperatives, a nonprofit group comprised of well-known San Antonio chefs, has been instrumental in raising funds through their pop-ups to actively support the farm-to-table movement and the health and prosperity of South Central Texas farmers, ranchers and vintners, as well as the community.

Launch SA is a fueling station for San Antonio idea creators, entrepreneurs, and small business owners, including food companies, who seek advice on the road to success. They provide a space where those with an idea or a full-fledged business can access specialty programming, workshops, tailored support, and resources.    

WHAT: 

 

Chef Cooperatives is preparing to put on its biggest event yet! This time to benefit Launch SA. Eighteen different chefs and members of the Chef Cooperatives will be providing delectable farm-fresh bites for an evening of revelry that includes music by DJ Scott Kimrey and a silent auction, all for a great cause!

 

"Launch SA is doing great things for the entrepreneurs in our city, and we want to help support their success. Many of our industry associates have been through their Break Fast & Launch program, which we think is an invaluable tool for anyone going into our local culinary industry," said Chef Cooperatives' President, Stephen Paprocki.
