(Murcia February 19, 1969 / SPAIN)Degree in Law / University of Navarra'92, Master in Business Tax Advisory (CEF´93) and Master inAdministrative Traffic Law / University of Murcia'01.I´m a Lawyer by trade (‘93), since 2004 I have been involved as an entrepreneur in corporate projectsin Spain and internationally. Founder of (2004), Ittakus Comunicación (2005),Noticiascadadía (2006).In 2009, I founded ILOVEACEITE Spain, currently with two international subsidiaries: Kochamoliwe inPoland (2011) and ILOVEACEITE US, in the USA (2016), Spanish olive oil, wine and food importer anddistributor company, based in San Antonio. In 2017 I launched 'Texas Test', a food acceleration exportprogram. In 2018 I founded La Plaza, the first Spain's Street Cuisine foodtruck in Texas.Through these years of professional experience, I have been able to combine the knowledge and skillsI have obtained in each of the fields I have worked in: Legal, Communications & PR, internationalbusiness, food, wine, online strategies, and sales among others.Since I arrived to San Antonio in January of 2016, I have develop, directed and managed a few foodprojects to improve the Mediterranean Diet knowlegement: #secretdinners, Spanish Brunch, SpanishPaella Party, Spanish Night, Wine and chips, among other lectures and tasting sessions.I´m certificated PCQI by FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food, Olive Oil Tasting Expert byEscuela Europea de Cata (EEC) and Carving Spanish Ham expert.Currently I´m member of Chef Cooperatives (San Antonio)My passions include photography and design, I design T-Shirts with my own brand “Vagamundos”, andlove for travel, writing, cooking, riding my Harley and I´m a long distance runner.
