Mike entered the culinary world in 2014 after working several years in the Texas oilfields. Being a life-long ‘foodie’ he felt led to fundamentally alter the food industry by crafting food that was all-natural, healthier, but tastes great. In 2014 he cofounded Madge’s Food Company. Madge’s Food Company specializes in fermented food and beverages. Through a combination of science and artisanal focus, he has discovered his creative outlet with food. He has created many original fermented food products that are pushing that category to new heights. They recently launched the first Fermented Bloody Mary Mixer line on the market, which has been a big hit and is sold all over Texas and New Mexico.
