Chef Cooperatives Farmers for Gardens Feast to Benefit Green Spaces Alliance of South Texas

Guests will celebrate in style at a family-style dinner celebrating the local bounty of farmers, ranchers, local brewers and wineries at My Father's Farm, a certified organic farm in Seguin, TX and the proceeds will benefit Green Spaces Alliance of South Texas. The magnificent Chef Cooperatives pop-up dinner will take place from 4 - 7 pm on Froday, May 27 at My Father's Farm, 1722 Steffans, Seguin, Texas 78155. This beautiful organic certified farm will be the backdrop for this multi-course dinner of chef-prepared creations paired with local libations, live music, and a rare sustainable farm tour of the certified organic farm. Tickets are $55 per person for a spectacular meal and the opportunity to support a great cause!
This special event will showcase seasonal fruits and vegetables from local farms, including Hudspeth lamb, South Texas Heritage Pork, and Hudspeth goat, all prepared by the Chefs Cooperative, a non-profit organization comprised of some of San Antonio's top chefs. The chef-driven menu will be complemented with drinks from Alamo Beer, Karbach Brewery, BS Brewing, Kuhlman Cellars, Blue Lotus Winery and craft cocktails with local spirits handcrafted in the Texas Hill Country from Treaty Oak Distilling.
As Chef Cooperatives events always sell out, its recommended that guests get tickets as soon as possible and prepare for a night of culinary magic and pure deliciousness. For dessert Lovers: Interactive desserts! A duo of s'mores with smoked chocolate bark and homemade mallow and grilled shortcake with seasonal fruit.
For the Charity-minded: The Chef Cooperatives is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and the proceeds of this dinner will support the efforts of Green Spaces Alliance to continue to create great local community gardens.
