Chef Teddy is best known as the young inspired chef of Texas. Born and raised in San Antonio, Liang attended the University of Texas at Austin before pursing a career in the restaurant industry. He started out working in the kitchen at Genghis Grill before being promoted to develop management teams across Texas for 9 years.
He continued his journey and expanded his love of food by taking a trip to Taiwan. He studied his cultural heritage across the vast island, getting himself involved with the locals and helping the communities with harvesting and forging around the district.
Chef Teddy is now in San Antonio, where his fresh innovative twist in traditional Taiwanese cuisine are pushing the boundaries like no other.
Teddy puts most of his time on preaching and teaching young chefs across the city, by giving the right tools and motivation in order to help the culinary industry to progress. He has been recognized as up and coming force in San Antonio Culinary Scene.
